Weather Update for Hunterdon County Community Day Participants

Please see the below message from the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce We are very excited about the kickoff tomorrow for the 10th Annual Hunterdon County Community Day.

Given the current forecast and the event is rain or shine we will be moving those participants who would prefer to be into various enclosed barns on the Fairgrounds site in addition to utilizing the very large Grange Building. You will still have the option of setting up your tents and displays outside as well.

Upon arrival, you will be checked-in and directed to your space. You will be able to drive your vehicle directly to your spot to unload.  All vendors should be in place by 10:30 a.m.  After 10:30 a.m., cars will not be permitted in the exhibit area.  You are also able to come early, any time after 8 AM to set up, leave your materials and return for the start of Community Day.

Details:

Set-Up Time - Vendors can set-up any time after 8:00 a.m. on Saturday – June 14, 2025.

Set Up - This event is rain or shine. We highly suggest you bring a 10x10 pop up tent for cover; you must also bring your own chairs and tables. Each space is approximately 12 x 12 feet.

• If you have not made prearrangements for electricity, it will not be available the day of the Show.

• If you have an extra-large vehicle or trailer, require extra space for an interactive demonstration, or need other special accommodations and have not communicated that to us, please contact us ASAP.
  

Breakdown - Please note that breakdown will not be permissible until after 4:00 p.m.

Rain or Shine - Yes, rain or shine, Hunterdon County Community Day will take place. Please be sure to dress accordingly for your comfort.

Food Vendors – The Hunterdon County Health Inspector & Fire Inspector will be at the event. If you need water at your set-up, remember to bring a 25 foot or longer water hose for access/set-up.

Promotions - The more the merrier! If you can share the event 10th Annual Hunterdon County Community Day on Facebook and promote your involvement, it will help us drive attendance for a successful day.
